Terms of Service
These terms cover the ZShoot Android game and this website, both published by ZISHU TRON. By downloading the game or using the site you agree to them.
1. Using the game
You may install and play ZShoot on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell it, repackage it, re-upload modified copies, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. Download it only from this site or another place the developer names, and check the SHA-256 checksum if you want to be sure the file is genuine.
2. The game changes
ZShoot is provided as it is. Features, difficulty, scores and saved progress can change between versions, and an update or reinstall may reset them. The game may contain bugs. We try to fix them but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free play.
3. What you send
You keep ownership of your reviews, ideas, tickets and messages. By sending them you give ZISHU TRON a free, worldwide right to read, store, display, edit for length and clarity, and use them to run and improve the game and this site.
Ideas. The developer is not obliged to build, answer or credit any idea. Sending an idea does not create a partnership, a payment or a confidentiality duty. If an idea or something close to it is added to the game, you are not owed payment, though we will credit the name you gave where we can. Do not send anything you want to keep secret or sell.
4. Community rules
Do not post spam, hate, threats, adult content, anyone's personal information, or content you do not have the right to share. Do not try to break the site, read other people's requests, or flood it with submissions. The developer may approve, edit, hide or reject any review or idea, and may remove content or block access without notice.
5. Approvals and rejections
A review or idea appears publicly only if approved. A rejection is not a judgment of you, and the developer is not required to explain it, though a short note is usually given under My requests.
6. Third-party names
Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names belong to their owners. ZShoot is an independent game and is not affiliated with other games or publishers.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ZISHU TRON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or device problems arising from the game or site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
8. Ending access
You can stop using ZShoot at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to community features for anyone who breaks these terms.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: support.stardustofficial@gmail.com. See also the Privacy Policy.
