Privacy Policy
ZShoot is published by ZISHU TRON (developer: Zishan). This policy explains what the Android game and this website do with information. Questions go to support.stardustofficial@gmail.com.
1. The ZShoot app
Version 3.0.0 of the app does not ask for internet access, so it cannot send anything off your phone. Its only permission is to keep the screen awake while you play. It does not have accounts, analytics or advertising code that talks to a server.
The app stores its data on your device only: your coins, the guns and worlds you own and have equipped, your settings, your daily reward progress, and your stats such as high score, best wave, total games and total kills. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes all of it.
2. What this website collects
Browsing the site needs nothing from you. When you use the community features, we receive only what you type and a few technical details needed to run them:
- Reviews: star rating, display name, headline, review text, the app version you chose.
- Ideas: title, type, description, your reason, the name to credit, and an email if you add one.
- Support tickets: topic, subject, message, phone and Android version if you add them, and an email if you add one.
- Conversation: replies you and the developer exchange under My requests.
- Votes: which roadmap ideas you voted for.
- An anonymous ID: a random identifier created for your browser so the site can show you your own requests. It is not linked to your real identity.
Please do not put passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive details in any form.
3. How it is used
To read and answer your messages, to moderate reviews and ideas, to decide what to build, and to protect the site from spam. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
4. What becomes public
When the developer approves a review or an idea, its text and the display name you typed appear on this site. Your email, phone details, support tickets and private replies are never shown publicly.
5. Your browser
The site stores small items in your browser's local storage: your anonymous ID where applicable, which replies you have already seen, a short wait timer between submissions, and your best score in the web demo. You can clear them in your browser settings.
6. Services we rely on
- Google Fonts serves the page fonts. Your browser contacts Google when the page loads, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Firebase (Google) stores submissions and signs browsers in anonymously when the site is connected to it. The developer signs in with Google to manage them.
These providers have their own privacy policies.
7. Keeping and deleting data
Submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for support, moderation or the roadmap. To remove anything you sent, or to ask what we hold, email the support address with the reference code shown under My requests. We aim to act within 30 days.
8. Children
ZShoot and this site are not aimed at children under 13. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian before using any form. A parent who believes a child sent personal information can email us to have it deleted.
9. Security
Access to submissions is limited to you and the developer, and enforced by the database rules. No online service is perfectly secure, so share only what you are comfortable sharing.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated policy.
